No. Staffing sends you resumes. We send you cleared people, and we can carry them on payroll if you would rather not.
How does NIPR verification work?
We pull and verify each candidate's license record through NIPR — state, line of authority, status and expiration — and keep it current. You can filter and sort the pipeline on it directly.
What does the AI interview actually do?
It runs a structured first round with identical questions for every candidate, recorded. It removes the scheduling tax and the interviewer-mood variable. Humans still make every hiring decision.
Do candidates pay anything?
